Having Drew as our inspector gave us the peace of mind in buying our first ever home. He was a pleasure to work with. From the time I called him for booking he gave me all the information that i need. He even suggested all the necessary services that we need and it was all well explained. So we gave it a go. On the day of the inspection. We were scheduled at 10:00am. We arrived on time but he was already there 30mins earlier than us and was done on the roof. The entire time he inspected the house he was explaining all the important stuff that we needed to know. I highly recommend Drew and his team if you are a first time homebuyer. You’ll get your money’s worth, a lot more! The next day the 80 plus page report was sent to us and we were amazed even more on how thorough and how well made it was.

Drew was fantastic. All of his reviews are positive and after watching him work, I now know why. I highly recommend his services. Drew was available on a Saturday morning which I am extremely grateful of. He was detailed and filled with explanations. As each item was being checked, he was constantly filling me in on his findings and giving me real time results so there was no surprises on his report. We were highly impressed with Drew's knowledge and thoroughness of all aspects of the home inspection. Even checking serial numbers on all appliances making sure there were no recalls on any of them. We received a very easy to use downloadable comprehensive review with photos the same evening, with the key values of the home such as plumbing, electrical, heating, roof construction, radon test and what we should be concerned about in the near future. Providing answers to all of our questions we had while we followed him around during the inspection, the attention to detail was impressive. Very friendly and extremely professional! We now have a better sense of the condition of the home we hope to purchase and have confidence that we can make a informed decision regarding the biggest purchase of our lives. I would highly recommend True Spec Home Inspections.

I have zero complaints. Drew was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He made an effort to get into tight spaces that were semi restricted (because of homeowner materials). He really went through the home with a fine tooth comb checking virtually everything and explained everything in detail along the way while also explaining "why" things are the way they are. I'd highly recommend True Spec Home Inspections to anyone. And considering the service he provides I found the price to be well worth it. If he didnt find these issues it probably could have cost me tens of thousands in the future to fix the damage that was not so evident to people such as myself who are not experienced enough in construction.
